Community Cat TNR Initiative

Successfully implemented a large-scale Trap-Neuter-Return program for community cats in Cedar Rapids and Linn County. Key achievements include spaying/neutering over 300 cats and stabilizing 5 colonies, directly reducing shelter intake and improving neighborhood cat health via humane intervention and vaccination.
